Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Euclid, a macOS app made by LGTM Works in Sydney, Australia ("we"). By downloading or using Euclid you agree to them.

Licence

• Evaluation: you may use the full app free for 30 days to decide whether it suits you.
• Personal licence: one person, on all Macs they personally use. Buy one to keep using Euclid after the evaluation.
• Business licence: one seat per person who uses Euclid for work at a company or organisation. Seats can be reassigned when people leave.
• Each licence includes 2 years of updates. The version you have keeps working after that.
• You may not resell, share licence keys publicly, or reverse engineer the app to bypass licensing.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your data

Euclid runs on your Mac and keeps your data there. See the Privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

Euclid is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
